Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or more ways
Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
